The correct way to wash jeans
The correct washing method for jeans includes the following steps:
Color preservation treatment. Before the first wash, you can add white vinegar or salt to water and soak the jeans for about half an hour, which helps lock in the color and reduce future fading.
Hand washing is preferred. It is recommended to hand wash jeans instead of machine wash, as this helps maintain their original color and shape.
Use mild detergent. Choose mild detergents and avoid using laundry detergent or strong detergents, which may contain bleach and affect the color of jeans.
Turn it over and clean it. Flip the jeans inside to clean and air dry, which helps prevent direct sunlight and detergent from affecting the color.
Air dry. After washing jeans, they should be placed in a cool and ventilated place to air dry naturally, avoiding direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
Avoid high temperatures and strong washing. Do not use hot water or strong washing modes, as this may damage the texture and shape of the jeans.
Wash separately. It is best to wash jeans separately, especially dark jeans, to avoid color mixing.
Do not wash or wash less.
